Welcome to revere’s world of pearls. We are a passionate team of individuals committed to creations of affordable luxurious pieces of real pearl jewellery.
We encourage you to spend a little time to get to know us better. Below are brief descriptions about pearl – types, sizes, lengths, pricing and care instructions, including on how to purchase on the revere website and the revere guarantee.
Isn’t pearl jewellery expensive?
Traditionally, yes. But we at revere source our pearls directly from pearl farms in various regions of South East Asia. Our team designs and hand crafts pearl jewellery from start to finish in our studio at New Delhi.

What makes revere jewellery even more special is the fact that very pieces are made in each design. Since all our pearls are hand-selected for top quality and lustre, the pearls which finally become revere jewellery are available in very limited quantities. As a result very few pieces are made in each design, making each a limited edition.
Are there different types of pearls?
Yes. All pearls can be divided into two basic categories:
- Freshwater; and
- Salt water
Freshwater pearls are cultivated in mussels living in rivers and lakes. Salt water pearls are cultivated in oysters living at sea.
At revere we use fine quality freshwater pearls for all our collections. For custom orders, we also use salt water pearls such as South Sea, Akoya and Tahitian pearls.
What are the common pearl shapes?

All our pearls are imported from South East Asia and hand selected by GIA certified pearl graders. GIA is considered the world’s foremost authority in gemmology.
We use the finest quality of pearls and semi-precious stones set in sterling silver. It is our objective to create heirloom pieces to be revered by generations to come.

How do I know your pearls are real? Whats your guarantee?
We at revere unconditionally guarantee that our pearls are genuine fresh water pearls – good to excellent quality with high lustre and set in sterling silver. Each of our pieces are handmade in India. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, if your pearl jewellery is found to be different than promised, you can return it to us for replacement or a full refund.
If required, we can arrange for additional certification and laboratory report from International Gemological Institute or any other reputed laboratory of your choice, at an extra charge. To know more write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I understand the sizing of your pearl jewellery?
All our pearl jewelery products include:
- size of pearl in “mm”; and
- length of neckpiece/earring measured in “inches”.
What if I want a bigger or smaller size? Or if I need extra help with my purchase?

Are the colours of your products accurate?
We pride ourselves on high resolution photography to ensure an accurate representation of products and their colours. Inspite of our best efforts - due to the organic nature of pearls and their natural iridescence there could be a slight variation in colour tone.
Can you gift wrap and include a personalised message?
All revere purchases arrive in a signature revere grey box with black ribbon tie. For special occasions we would happy to include gift wrap and gift message for you. Complimentary of course!
I want something a bit different, can you make it for me?

At revere we understand that a girl needs new feathers from time to time. To keep things interesting, revere has a unique pearl jewellery re-design service. For all revere purchases, we re-design and re-craft your existing piece into a new one. To know more write in to us at email@example.com
How do I look after my pearls?
revere pearls are gorgeous and meant for wearing but always after doing your makeup and hair - follow the “last on and first off” rule.
Avoid any contact with oils, creams, cosmetics and hair spray. Also avoid wearing your pearls when in direct sunlight, during extreme temperatures, while swimming or working out – to keep dust and perspiration away.
Do my pearls require cleaning?
revere pearls should be wiped from time to time using a soft cloth. Avoid cleaning with ammonia, acetone and household or ultrasonic cleansers.
Do my pearls require any other care?
revere pearls should always be stored in a cool dry place, in the revere grey box separately so as to avoid tangles and scratches with other accessories and jewellery.
Storing pearls in safety deposit boxes for long periods can dry the pearls out, so best to wear and air out your pearls as much as possible.
Returns and Refunds Policy
We at revere want our customers to be happy with their pearls. All our jewellery pieces are carefully inspected before shipment. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 (three) days of delivery. Revere pearl jewellery is accepted for credit, exchange or full refund if returned within 30 (thirty) days of purchase in saleable condition along with the sales receipt.

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 24 (twenty four) hours. Please allow us an additional 3-5 days for customised orders.
Currently we offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders placed through our website. Standard Delivery Time is 3 working days.
